Yellow in color, 1 finger white head with amazing retention, almost clear and lots of bubbles can be sen in the glass.

smells like the pit of a peach, sweetness is very pronounced, slight bitterness is there as well.

tastes like a peach! Flavor comes through very well, there is a tart bust after the initial sweetness. There is also an underlying syrupy sweetness to this beer, very pleasant though.

Mouthfeel is weird, its light in body but feels almost syrupy at the same time, the champagne like carbonation lends it an effervescent quality. Very interesting on the palate.

Drinkablility is high, hell the bottle was gone before i knew it and i certainly could drink another. All in all for my first experience with a beer of this style this one makes me want to explore it further.
