A: Pours a very cloudy rust color with light highlights. Big cream colored fluffy head. Excellent retention with wonderful lace. I like what I've seen so far from this offering.
S: Bold. Champagane like notes with big fruity hop notes of orange, lemon, and melons. Very sweet in the nose with juicy fruit. Slight beligan notes also.
T/M: Not as bold on the palate as I thought it was going to be. Semi dry in mouth and extra champagne like in the finish. Too fizzy and a bit light. Fruity hop notes are present but not overpowering. Slightly bitter finish with a toasted grain aftertaste.
D: Worth a shot if you like the rapscallion line. All tasty brews, but this one just wasn't as good as the other two.

Again, not a very impressive Rapscallion brew. The aroma is a bit yeasty with tones of musk and hints of brown bread. The initial flavor is of old strawberries and stewed carrots with a sharp malt sweetness and a sharp bitterness. The musky yeast flavors are what really rule the show here. Just as raw as I found teh Creation to be.

brewtrak #1637
pours a rich, light amber with 1-finger head in the accompanying rapscallion goblet. vibrant rising of carbonation, appealing to look at. lacing is very loose and the smell is yeasty with sweet fruits. red berry sticks out like a sore thumb. american blonde or belgian pale? alcohol is the first thing i taste.. that mellows into a buttery silky malt smoothness mimicking vanilla. berries are still present in aftertaste but not predominant. this beer is mostly grain- a good belgian style but not pronounced by a particular flavor. drinkable except for the booziness and an overall enjoyable local brew. ill give two of my 4 bottles 6 months to see where it goes.

Brewtrak ...1689 ? This is a guess folks due the numerals being blurry / faded . Poured into my Rapscallion snifter aggressively which led to a nice head and a abundance of aromas coming up from the table . Smells of honey bread . There is some lacing on the glass and the head has reduced to nothing . The beer is not bad it is just a bit watery . It tastes good and would like to try it on tap too . Granted this is my first american blonde ale so I have nothing to compare it with for this style . I am not regretting purchasing this Rapscallion product . Just like Creation , it is good .
Have a safe Labor Day weekend ...

Pours a cloudy golden colour with very little head that recedes to the sides of the glass very quickly.
The smell is very sweet
The taste is also sweet with nice carbonation and malt flavour. An oily texture stays with you in your mouth and is a little much. There is some natural citrus and floral tastes in there as well, subtle but there.
Very smooth and goes down easily, but the aftertaste, as I said, can be a bit much.

Nice semi-deep golden yellow color, slow carbonation bubbles within, head tall and fluffy thats a light yellowy white hue, very unique colored head, reminds me off the yellows seen around Easter time. Resides on top for a good while, finally crumbling down to a thick skim always present and lace in thickly sticking strings. Aroma has a pretty strong phenolic smell of band-aid plastic; whole lotta yeast, some citrusy notions come through as well as some grassy hops but the yeast is a bit hard to get past. Taste is super mild with some light notions of citrus, plastic-like yeast thats harsh and unpleasant, bland and way to much yeast for me. Not much going on in this bottle besides a yeast fest of plastic, some metallic notes and grassy hops find there way through the brigade of yeast with some candied citrus, but as this warmed it became nastier then at first. This was a bit disappointing. The feel seems to be medium bodied, but it was hard to tell with my taste buds nearly going wacko. An unfortunate bad bottle perhaps, and an unfortunately a hard drinker. No sir, I didn't like it. But hey, it looked damn good. Oh well?

Pours a nice golden hue with a miniscule, bone white head and lots of streaming bubbles. Sweet, grainy nose. Some sourness also noticable. Very strange palate. Some esters, slightly vegetal, and sour. Lots of stuff going on. Flavorful mouthfeel. Dry, sour finish. I did not enjoy this one. Tastes like a soured Belgian pale ale. Too different for me.

4 pack from Martignetti's.
Ugh..this one didn't do it for me. It's ridiculously sweet with a bubble gum like flavoring, but it's the dominant flavor of cloves that cuts through which turned me off. You really need to be a fan of the clove spice or this beer will be difficult to take down.
