Had this India Pale Ale with dinner at Bube's Brewery last week. It had a nice, hoppy taste but it didn't really compliment the meal I was having so I ordered their seasonal English Bitters beer, which suited me better. Other times when I've had this IPA without food, I enjoyed it more.

Bube's now has a new brewer. I will inquire on Tuesday as to whether this is the same recipe or if this beer should be retired and a new one listed. Pours a dark copper with a white head. Rich sweet sugar and bold hops in the nose and mouth. Creamy mouthfeel and extremely drinkable. Well done Bube's Brewery.
Hope this is helpful.
Cheers!

Poured from a chilled growler into a pint glass.
Dense, creamy cream-colored head sticking to the glass atop of an amber clear body. Very nice.
Aroma is of buttery cream with some slight grassy hops; some slight caramel also comes through on the nose. Nothing real crazy, but nice.
Sipping reveals a sweet toffee or caramel flavor w/ lots of bitter pine hops following behind the initial sweet malt flavor. A tiny bit of alcohol essense comes through on the finish. I also get the sense of some berries in there possibly, making it interesting.
Tingly light carbonation hits the tip of my tongue with a buttery creamy body with a slightly dry finish and a fairly light body. Very nice!
Overall, this really hit the spot. Very drinkable and a great session brew! Get to Bube's to get this one. I think one of their better offerings.

From the extremely tiny brewery tucked away in Mount Joy, PA comes an impressively full-flavored American IPA! Its clear, deep-amber/copper body is topped by a frothy head of off-white foam that holds well initially and leaves solid walls of spotty lace - a most interesting lacing! The nose is deliciously enticing with a brilliant combination of sweet, caramel-tinged malt and citrusy, fruity hops! The body is medium and its fine, moderate carbonation is gently crisp on the tongue. The flavor delivers everything that the nose promises with a rich caramelish malt that's peppered with citrusy hop flavor and backed by a solid hop bitterness. It finishes dry and a touch spicy with some mild, lingering malt and bitterness.
