Pours golden sunshine. A tall white fluffy head sits atop the beer fading with lacing in it's wake. Lightly carb'd in the hazy fluid. Aroma of refreshing noble hops with floral and herbal notes balance out the pilsner malts. Taste is parallels the nose with soft floral and herbal hops but bitter enough to spice things up too. malts are pale pilsner malts with a bit of toast.
The beer is smooth with a semi-dry finish.
A well made beer and quite enjoyable at that.

A - Got to love German Pils with it's hazy body and the head is very sticky and gives me a 1/2 inch.
S - Bitter hops and mild skunky malts. Very balanced.
T - Pilsener malts and some bittering hops. Quite tasty.
M - Light to medium in body.
Overall I don't really like the style but this beer is quaff able.

12oz can in Sam Adams glass
no date

A: Golden straw colored with a fluffy pure white head and lots of lace.
S: Flowers, honey, light grains
T: Citrus, floral, a hint of spice, lightly toasted bread, a hint of sweetness
M: Lots of carbonation, very crisp
O: An excellent beer and a good example of a german pils. I could drink this all summer (along with Prima Pils and Stoudts Pils). Big fan, would love to see this in KY. Highly recommended.
