Sly Fox Berliner Weisse has a very cloudy body that is yellow to gold at the edges but orange at the center. The short white head diminishes very quickly and leaves behind no traces of lace, which is to be expected from the style.
The aroma has a wheat twang, some fruit, and a good punch of sourness.
The flavor follows the aroma. A bit of a wheat twang, some tart fruits like green apple, and a good lacto sourness.
The body is probably a little full for a Berliner Weisse, but it is fine.
Sly Fox Berliner Weisse is just a smooth, refreshing beer that has a little bit of pucker to it.

On tap at 2010 Goat Race.
I've never seen a Berliner weiss look quite like this. Extremely cloudy, almost milky thick pale orange golden color. Thin off white crown and light lacing. Very nice sour and tart aroma, lemon zest, citrus rind, earthy. Very rich and enjoyable. Mouthfeel is very light, extremely carbonated resulting in a very crisp and refreshing finish. Flavor isn't overally sour or tart but is about what you would expect for the style. Lemon is the prominent fruity flavor with some unripe peach tartness. Not the best berlinner weiss Ive had but very enjoyable and refreshing; a nice change of pace on a hot and humid day like this.

A: Pours a slightly hazy pale straw color with a thin white and fizzy head that sticks around for a bit.
S: Smells very much like wheat, lemon, and a touch of tartness.
T: A refreshing lemony tartness is the first flavor you taste with the wheat malt hitting shortly after that. The end has a lingering lemony flavor and a subtle tartness.
M: Crisp, dry, low bodied, well carbonated.
D: Great Berliner, not quite that sour, but still very tasty.

Very light almost a clear pour with cloudy overtones...unfiltered wheat beer, leaving a light lacing. Lemony, sour taste, a very, very, light mouthfeel. The sourness of the low ABV'er here overwhelms my tastebuds. Not something I'd offer to a guest in my house. I couldn't recommend this brew to anyone as of yet, since I haven't met a sour beer lover!!

Cloudy cream corn colour, almost like the milky runoff when corn is crushed. Fairly light. There was a bit of a frothy white cap, mostly a collar with a smattering of bubbles floating on the beer. Strong aroma of sour and wheat, quite sharp. Yeasty, bready, and lemons. Same in the flavour, but a little more fruity. Light bodied and a little fizzy, fairly dry. Overall, quite refreshing and thirst quenching. Not as sour or tart as I expected. This might be a nice introduction to the style for someone who hasn't had a berliner weisse before.
