Like other high end Lowes stores, this one carries a decent selection of craft brews when compared to other grocery stores in the area. Located in a shopping center at Tynecastle highway near Banner Elk, the store gets plenty of business from tourists, skiers, college students and a few locals. The beer selection includes offerings from NC breweries such as Highland, Cottonwood and Duck Rabbit as well as stuff from various micros from the East and West coasts. A few Belgian, Brit and German brews are also available. If you happen to be in the area and need some decent beer after a day on the slopes, this store will not disappoint.
