This is an unassuming little shop just over the border from Georgia. It has a boutique feel with lots of wood and display shelves, which works pretty well. It doesn't come off like your typical bottle shop, and that's a good thing.
The craft beer selection is really good, with a lot of the widely available brands (Stone, Lagunitas, Sierra Nevada, etc...), several regional breweries (Terrapin, Willamsburg Alewerks), and a nice selection of locals ( Westbrook, Coast). There is also an import section, which I pretty much ignored (I was in a hurry and mainly wanted locals/regionals I couldn't get in GA).
Everything is broken into singles, but you can make your own six pack if you like. The prices are higher than I'm used to paying in Georgia, but it isn't terrible for what appears to be an Oasis in a craft beer desert. I did ding a half point off quality because of the lack of refrigeration.
The manager (can't remember his name!) was very friendly and helpful, and he definitely knows his stuff.
If you are passing through the area, this is the place to stop.
I picked up:
1x 22 oz Coast HopArt
1x 12 oz Southern Star Buried Hatchet
1x 12 oz Williamsburg Alewerks IPA
1x 12 oz Williamsburg Alewerks Coffeehouse Stout
2x 12 oz Westbrook IPA
My total was about $21.

As a Georgia resident who - on the home side of the river - is stuck with strange distribution laws and a 14% abv cap on beer, it is lovely to have this gem of a store just across the border.
Not only do they have all of your typical, easy-to-find crafts such as Stone, Sierra Nevada, Bell's, Rogue, and Victory. They have every offering from these breweries that is available.
They also have a great selection of local beer (Highland, Thomas Creek, RJ Rockers), hard to find English, Belgian and German beers, and they have a few beers that are unavailable in Georgia.
Also, you can always trust that they will get in new seasonals and special beers when they come out. The service is very helpful and friendly, and they also have a great wine selection and a cheese counter.

I used to be fanatically loyal to this place, and I still appreciate it for its very friendly, helpful staff and wide selection of craft beers. However, after looking a little closer and noticing very many out-of-date beers on the shelves, I was a bit put off. It's been a couple of months since I was last there, so maybe they've done a much-needed rotation of their products since then; I really hope so, because I'd like to go back there again and get three or four or twelve or twenty specialty beers. In any case, with as many beers as I've bought there, I never noticed any outright skunkiness in any of them; or if I did, it was very rare.
Also worth mentioning are the beer tastings they host, one of which I have had the pleasure of attending, with the result that I found one of my favorite beers ever (Rogue Hazelnut Brown Nectar). I owe much of what 'beerdom' I have to this place. Just take a look at what you pull off the shelf before you buy it.
