Thanks to robieobie1 for this one - poured from a growler into a glass. Pours a nice shade of copper with a light murkiness to it. A foamy white head froms and fades before it really has time to be admired. Aroma is pretty light and hits the nose with a sharp bite from the carbonation, which was surprisingly heavy for two weeks in a growler. Not bad. A touch fruity, sweet, and very mildly tart with some apples, grapes, and cherries - some "standar" wild ale aromas, although the different fruits aren't that easily discernable here, as the aroma is pretty quiet overall.
The taste is full of more of the same - apple skins, white grapes skins, sweet cherries - all backed up with that old familiar carbonation bite and snap on the tongue. The high carbonation lets the beer kind of float away and evaporate inside of your mouth. The carbonation aids the tartness a bit, although this beer still isn't sour enough to be puckering or lip-smacking. It's got some good flavors, but doesn't necessarily stand out too much. A very, very light funk hits in the aftertaste, a bit after the tartness fades. Pretty dry finish, thin bodied.
Not a bad wild ale, and pretty good considering the low ABV. However, it doesn't really do anything to stand out above the rest. I would've liked to see a little more flavor, tartness, or funk. This could've passed for a Berliner-Weisse.

Growler shared by Marco. Thanks!
A: Pours a beautiful orange-ruby body with a small white head.
S: The nose reminds me overwhelmingly of grapefruit. I suppose I can see how some very tart blueberries can have a similar smell. Lightly acidic.
T: The taste gives dry blueberries, a bit citrusy even. Some light malt behind. The finish is quick and bland.
M: Light-bodied with active carbonation.
O: If I didn't know this beer was made with blueberries, I would have guessed it was made with grapefruit. Either way, it's pretty fruity but lacks sufficient acidity to make it more interesting.

Served on tap at Al's of Hampden in Enola, PA
A: Pours a lightly hazy pinkish ruby red in color with some moderate to heavy amounts of visible carbonation and some cranberry juice red highlights. The beer has a thin fizzy light pink head that quickly redues to a thin ring of medium sized bubbles at the edges of the glass. Minimal amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Light aromas of barnyard funk (as well as hay) with some light wheat and stronger aromas of sour berries (I get hints of blackberry, blueberry, and raspberry).
T: Upfront there are some light amounts of wheat and berries (blackberry, blueberry, and raspberry - like a typical mixed berry) with just a touch of sweetness. That is quickly overtaken by light to moderate amounts of sourness and some tartness. The tartness does not linger for too long.
M: Light bodied with light to moderate amounts of carbonation. Some acidic prickliness and a light amount of dryness in the finish.
O: I enjoyed this one but I wish it was a little more sour - I thought the flavors were nice but there might have been a touch too much sweetness in this one.

The beer pours a cloudy light pink with a thin, loose white head that laces. The nose is a touch tart and funky with little fruit quality. The taste presents even more of the blueberry skin that's slightly vinous, wild and tart, some ginger/grapefruit and wheat sweetness that builds around that base flavor. The mouthfeel is light bodied and a touch sweet, slightly vinous, tart, finishes super dry. This beer is unique tasting and potent. It's unlike most sours I've had as it has no oak qualities (I'm used to barrel aged sours over berliner weisses). It's very drinkable and surprisingly good!

First had: on tap at Pizza Boy
Poured a cloudy pinkish-purple color with a fizzy, pink-white head that dissipated almost completely; no lacing to speak of. Aroma of tart blueberry, some lactic sourness, but not at all overbearing. Clean blueberry taste, tart with a touch of sweetness in there as well, crisp toasted wheat, citric bitterness, and a light leafiness. Crisp, dry mouthfeel, light-medium body, moderate carbonation. Good job on making a flavorful yet low ABV beer of this style...whatever that style is, still being up for debate.
