First had: on tap at their brewpub

Wow what a great beer. 13oz. pour, a dark mahogany color, clear, but dark to the point where it was not completely translucent. A happy, foamy, off-white head that retained well and left a bit of soapy lacing. Aroma was roasty and toasty with grain and caramel. Taste of fresh toasted cereal, bready, sugar sweet, hints of molasses and caramel; okay, it didn't taste exactly like red velvet, but it was definitely cakey and delicious. Mouthfeel was pleasantly mild and amazingly smooth. A very good drinker, and one of the best offerings I've had from Earth Bread. I could easily spend all night drinking this.
