Poured a hazy almost pineapple yellow with a tad bit of bright white head. The aroma is a funk explosion of tart apples, sour grapes and great citrus notes coming together beaitiful! The taste follows the nose and attacks the back corners of my mouth with extreme yet smooth tartness.

Medium to light in body with a semi drying tart finish. The finish leaves you begging for more! Overall, this beer was everybit worth the hype. So pumped I got to have it!

750 mL bottle poured into a wine glass.

Appearance - Hazy orange. Small white head with a thin collar.

Smell - Orangey citrus acid aroma. A hint of vinegar creeping up in the back.

Taste - Bright citrusy sour. Orange sourness. Vinegar is less intense, but still faint in the back. Very intense sour finish.

Mouthfeel - Medium carbonation. Very sour.

Overall - Extremely sour and it probably covers up any complexity. Thankfully the flavors it has are quite good.

T: Lemons, Apricots, Hay

M: Average Carbonation, Medium Bodied, Semi Tart

Overall, so solid...bitter and balanced, so appreciative to Nate for sharing this amazing bottle.
