Pours a bright gold with a three-finger frothy white head that crests the top of the glass and slowly fades leaving lots of thick lace.
Smell is Belgian yeast, white pepper, floral, earthy hops, bready pale malts, and a hint of pear.
Taste is much like the nose. Lots of peppery yeast up front, with a hint of fruit and honey sweetness. Toasted biscuit flavor is perfectly balanced with some grassy, floral hops.
Dry, crisp medium-bodied mouthfeel.
Excellent drinkability in a great example of the style.
