The color is that of golden straw, with about a good one finger thick foamy head atop a beer that has above average carbonation.
The aroma is like a dry pilsner malt with a touch of beligum yeast and sutle nuiances of fruity esters, pears seems about right.
Balanced flavors of slightly dry malts, fruity esters.
Somewhat thin mouthfeel dry tasting with bitterness well into the aftertaste.
A well made beer that has a bit of a pilsner taste and aroma quality to it.
Very drink worthy.

A: poured from a 12.7 oz bottle into a pint glass, amber with a huge soapy white head that dissipates leaving spotty lacing, hugely cloudy
S: funky and floral with a slight smell of ripe fruit, apples
T: sweet and sour but odd, has a slight fruity quality, apple and pear
M: thin and watery
O: Not as much hop as expected from reading and looking at the label. It's a unique flavor that combines some elements of a blond and a sour. Try if you like cider.

Didn't find a date on the bottle, but I've had it for 2-4 years. Poured into tulip. Poured a cloudy gold color, wouldn't have been as cloudy, but I accidentally wound up with an over-aggressive pour, there were chunks of yeast from the bottom of the bottle floating (which I don't mind), my fault. The beer had over an inch of off-white head that had good retention and light lacing.
The aroma featured good earthy grains, some light hops, a bit of a floral feature and a nice, slightly spicy yeast scent. The earthy malts made up the majority of the flavor profile, with the yeast, hops, and floral notes adding nice counter points.
The body was very nice, smooth and even, with a nicely dry finish. Drinkability was very good, we were wishing we had another bottle to follow up with. Overall, a very nice brew. Certainly worth your time if you see it.

Served in a pint glass at The Avenue in Allston.
Appearance: This beer poured a small head that reduced to a thin layer. It is a pale orange/copper color with good clarity and bubbles coming up through the glass. Nice lacing on the glass as the beer was drank.
Smell: spicy yeast, pale and bready malts, banana, clove, tropical flavors.
Taste: Same as above. Nice peppery and banana flavors. Mild hop bitterness. Very tasty. Sweet pale and bready malts too.
Mouthfeel: Chewy, low to medium carbonation, medium bodied, and quite the treat.
Overall: Wicked BPA. Happy to be enjoying this beer on draft on a sad day.

First had: on tap at Monk's, Philly, PA
Hazy apricot pour, with a small layer of white head. Aroma of stone fruits, light citrus, yeast. Taste was similar to the aroma, notes of peach, apple, pear, essence of citrus, grassy, bready malts and yeast, with a slight herbal/citrus hop presence. Crisp and drinkable, about light-medium in body. A more "Americanized" version of a BPA, downplaying the blatant yeasty qualities a bit. Quite nice overall.

A-Pours a cloudy honey. Soft head. It does leave some decent lacing however.
S-That dry, musty/dusty corky Brett aroma is prevalent. Some decent tartness. Sweet and fruity.
T-The flavor is decently sweet and quite heavy on the Brett. Nearly medicinal in terms of the Brett character. Wet, ripe yeasty fruits akin to apple.
M-Off-dry. Drinks easy enough. Solid carbonation.
O/D-Pretty cool and not one of their $20 375ml offerings which is nice. The Brett wears on you after a while though.
