This place is a treasure clandestinely hidden in the netherregions of Sharon Corners at the corner of Sharon and Fairview in South Park. The two guys that run the place know their karate when it comes to beer and beer dispensing systems. They actually have certifications for advanced draft technology courses. I don't know about you, but I want people like that working on my stuff. Keg selection is excellent. They do a nice job of keeping up with new releases, too, which I think is important. There are usually 2 or 3 drafts going at a time, which are almost always good craft, and often local. I just had Green Flash IPa there yesterday. Decent bottle selection, focusing on quality imports and US crafts. They have on-site consumption licensure, so you can kick back on their comfy couches, put you feet up on the coffee table (unlike at home) and watch golf, soccer, SpotsCenter, PTI or whatever on their big screen. It beats going to most bars, actually. The tastings every 6 weeks or so are always fun, and include unlimited tastings and food for $15. Outstanding value. Overall, difficult to find flaws with this place.
UPDATE: New location in Matthews, while less convenient for me personally, is superior to the old spot in terms of space, comfort and appearance. Plus, there are now at least 8 taps! I continue to love this place.

A little hard to find, but a really neat place (they would benefit from better signage). Enjoyed a Green their huge keg list. The store is very laid back (you basically walk into a living room with a bar, a couple couches, and a big-screen TV).
The staff is very knowledgeable of both craft beers and draft technology. They always have good suggestions for my next keg. I subscribe to their "service plan" so they clean my beer lines and deliver my kegs directly to my home, which is great! Apparently, these guys even build commercial draft systems for bars (they told me about a 28-tap system they just put in for the new Tilted Kilt in Charlotte). If you want to buy a kegerator, these guys are the ones to go to in Charlotte.
Their keg prices are real good for craft beers (decent for macro-beers). They have a pretty good selection of bottle beers (probably about 30 or 40), and usually have 2 or 3 beers on draft. They also have a couple hundred tap handles for sale. This is a pretty unique type of beer store and well worth the trip. Highly recommended!

A bit hidden, above Moe's in South Park, but worth the trip. Largest keg selection I've ever seen. Plus they can even deliver the kegs (for a fee)! They sell kegerators and you can even rent a kegerator for the weekend. They had a couple brews on draft (I tried Thomas Creek's new 12.5% abv DIPA: "Up-The-Creek" on draft when I was there) and a bunch of bottles. Apparently, they do beer tasting events there every few weeks. A neat place for Charlotte and definitely a fun place to visit.

LOcated in the Sharon Corners shopping complex, this place is sort of easy to miss. It's on the second floor, kinda hidden.
They sell all sorts of wonderful home bar supplies. Not just supplies, they sell actual home bars. They also sell homebrew supplies and ingredients, reasonably priced.
They have a small fridge absolutely packed with good micro singles for take out.
The keg selection is extensive and usually very good. All good beers are represented and they will do their best to secure you a rare or hard to find keg. I bought a 5-gallon keg of Avery White Rascan for like 70 or so. Maharaja was only a few dollars more. Very reasonable keg prices, no hassles.
They are happy to deliver and set up any number of kegerators that can be rented for the weekend.
A cool place, check it out.
