Boozy-smooth double IPA! This huge ale is brewed with a huger grain bill centered around Citra, Amarillo, Simcoe, Warrior, & Centennial Hops.

Pours a rich cedar with a silky beige head and nice lace.
Nose has fresh floral and piney hops, caramel and fruity malts.
Taste has bitter, resiny hops up front and through the finish. Well balanced by sweet bready malts.
Medium body has a soft carbonation. Very nice IPA. Reminds me of the DIPA that Bristol use to make.
***Note to Trinity***
When I pay $5 for a beer, I expect to be served more than a 6oz cognac snifter. I don't care how many hops you put in it. That is some fruggle ass shit.
You guys need to stop being so stingy and serve proper servings of your beer. For, $5 I can go to the store and get a fresh 500ml bottle of Pliny. I'd like to continue giving you my support, but put your beer in a real glass.

Has an amber pour with a white-reddish head with a long retention time. Has tropical fruit aroma--mango--and some sugary malt caramel. Tastes of mango and pears with wheat.

Bottle purchased by a friend directly from the brewery. Seeing the ratings for this beer I can't help but wonder if the bottle I received is out of date or was exposed to extreme temperatures. Bottle consumed within 1 week of purchase. Surprisingly disappointed. Would like to give this one another shot in the future.
