This was my wife's favorite one. Interesting spice smell going on of ginger and cinamon. I think their is chai in this. Its a hazy orange with thin tan head, descent retention and spotty lace. The smell is of chai, caramel malt, citrus, orange zest, and other bright fruits. The taste follows the nose with a citrus touched chai beer with bready malts touched with caramel. Very interesting and complex spice beer. Delicious with a slightly creamy mouthfeel. Awesome beer.

Pours a light golden color with a thin beige head. The nose has grassy malts, light citrus, juniper, chai tea and spices. Taste has light grains, piney herbs and peppery spices. Light body is well carbonated. Interesting beer from Trinity, perhaps a Sahti influenced Lager.
