In my opinion, this is the best place in Lethbridge to find beer. The store clearly has a craft beer focus, devoting little space to the big guys. There is a great selection of Alberta breweries, from the seasonal Alley Kat offerings to the Wild Rose Stand-bys. Western Canada in general is well represented with a good selection of Paddock Wood, Half Pints, Tree and others. The selection of American and European beers rivals the best stores in Calgary. Impressively, they even carry some great beers from the east coast of Canada, such as Propeller's ESB.
All of the beer is stored in a walk in refrigerator. While the staff rarely joins you in the cold, they usually will check in on you and offer assistance. While all staff are friendly, like many wine-focused shops, there seems to be just one beer guy.
Great selection by Canadian standards, but the prices are high. If buying beer from outside Western Canada, expect to pay 30-40 for a couple of six packs.
