On tap at the Buffalo Brewpub.

A: Served a hazy copper color with a fair head that fades to some lacing.

S: Aroma of grain with mild malt sweetness. Sort of a funky smell that is not too appealing.

T: Taste is pretty bland with some mild malt sweetness, bit of fruit and grain. No defined bitterness and sort of a sticky finish.

F: Light body. Not a lot going on here.

O: Pretty dull generic beer. Not really worth the effort to seek this one out.

Earthy, musty and mushroomy with a tart edge. Some light, over-ripe stone fruit also comes through in the aroma.

This pours a light amber colour with some haze due to suspended yeast. The head is big and thick and retention is okay.

Where is the flavour. It starts of sweetish with plenty of over-ripe fruit again. Then it is just sweet and underattenuated before finishing with a completely lifeless, empty finish.

The mouthfeel is medium-full with lowish carbonation. Quite smooth and creamy but not in the right way.

Can I drink it? Yes. Do I want to? Not really. It's a dull beer and so far off base that I would be scared to serve it if it was my own homebrew.

This was not an enjoyable drink at all.
It was sour and harsh and reminded me of a poor quality home brew made from a Supermarket kit.
The only possible positive I can come up with is that this may have been a bad bottle.
Someone else is going to have to risk buying and tasting another bottle because I wont be
