22 fl oz brown bottle served in a tumbler.
Pours a cloudy, light copper with golden highlights beneath somewhat of a rocky white head. Big pine nose with a decent amount of hop oils. Whaffs of malty alcohol. Caramel malts with a smooth base that are enveloped by a juicy, pine-filled hop bite. The hop character isn't heavy, but it certainly packs a citrus, oily punch. Medium bodied; smooth and slick at times. Pleasantly surprised as Rock Art tends to sacrifice flavor for abv at times. One of my favorite Rock Art offerings to date.

Pour is a nice deep amber orange. Dense tan head, but minimal. Fading quickly.
Nose is modest with some soft spice, orange, and a little hop. Nothing to massive here.
Taste is bursting with orange at first, followed quickly by absurdly dry and bitter hops. Lacking a bit in the depth department here. Again, a little hint of spice. Little sweet at the end too, almost a touch of maple or sweetened condensed milk.
Feel is just too thin. Leaves a little coating in your mouth, but the sip just feels hollow.
Big beer, but just not really well balanced. Juice is lost, hops are too big without the complexity to make it interesting. Mouth feel is the biggest let down. Oh well. On to another one...
