Notes:
A light copper body low bitterness with good hop flavor. This is my impression of what the English troops may have been drinking when they occupied India. The pale ale they drank had mellowed considerably. The wooden casks had spent many months traveling on ships and long inland journeys to the troops, where they were then tapped and enjoyed.

12 oz bottle poured into a pint glass
Bottle conditioned. Attempted to leave yeast in bottle but still got several floaties. Pours hazy amber with a huge fizzy head. Aroma is not great. Kind of effervescent, with a stale bready aroma.
First sip is malty, but finishes super dry. Hop flavor is not present like it should be in an IPA. Almost an asprin like bitter finish. Other than a faint malty sweetness, I'm not getting a lot of flavor from this beer.
I really don't enjoy this beer. It is a poor representation of an IPA, and really isn't a good Pale Ale, or any other beer style either.

Pours a slightly chill hazed medium peach color with a decent sized white head that recedes slowly leaving lots of sticky lace in its wake. Smells of light bready and toffee malt sweetness with grapefruit and lemons hop aromas. The flavor is bready malt with a solid shot of old school ipa citrus. Lots of citric hop bitterness and flavor. Medium body with a moderate level of carbonation and a slick almost tart mouthfeel. Nice citrus forward IPA that reminds me a lot of Harpoon. I could drink this regularly

12 oz bottle into a stemless wine glass. Served liquor store refrigerator temperature.
A- cloudy orange, a little off putting. Big natural foamy bubbles, turn in to nice lacings. + for the head, - for the color.
S - clean hoppy aroma hits you right away
T - hoppy bitterness is nice without being overpowering. Hint of clove.
M - a little on the thin side
O - decent drinkable IPA, + for Vermont

12oz bottle poured into a room-temp Imperial pint glass.
A- Pours a hazy golden-orange color with a billowy 2-finger head that fades to a thin film, hangs in there. Bubbles slowly rise through the sediment, culloid-like. If not for its minimal lacing at most, I'd rate it higher here.
S-Truly smells like a good English beer, musky malt funk, bitter hops, a touch of honey perhaps.
A mellow blend.
T- Slightly sweet and bready malt with mild floral hop flavor.
M- Well carbonated, medium body. The slightly sweet start is taken over by the mildy bitter hop finish. The hops don't overpower but they have staying power.
O- Americanized English pale ale done right. Drinkable and understated.

Poured on tap into a shaker pint at Rock Art Brewery Morrisville.
Pale golden amber body, fairly clear. Thin head presented off white. Very slow rising carbonation coming from the bottom. Pretty decent.
Bouquet has a mild malty sweetness. Faint toasty brown bread, and airy. Light. Hop angle not very present it seems.
Taste brings a mild hop presence more so than on the nose in the mid palate. Fairly wet body though, with toasty malts. Extremely light palate, more like a hammered pale ale, and tone of crispness in the feel interestingly.
It's ok but not too memorable.
