There is nothing like Daisy Cutter. Poured from a stylish tallboy into a tumbler pint.
A - Burnt umber/mimosa in color, slightly hazy, crowned by an expansive, rocky eggshell white head that leaves exquisite lacing as it recedes.
S - Grass clippings, pine, and the title track fresh-cut daisies explode out of the nose with a blast of floral and citrus hops. Sweet bread underlies the scent, providing balance to the best-smelling non-stout there is.
T - The taste can't help but be a letdown after the phenomenal bouquet, but make no mistake, this is a great-tasting brew. The citrusy flavors take over here, orange-mango and pineapple particularly, but pine and lemongrass are there in support. Also, bready malt is present on the back end, making for a very well-balanced quaff.
M and D - On the thin side, but strong carbonation keeps this fruity, earthy wonder drinking smoothly throughout.
More a sessionable IPA than an APA, this gem defies easy categorization but is so very worth seeking out. If the price point was a little lower, this would never leave my fridge.

Clean. Super clean. All kinds if clean. Miss Daisy done got her self a sand blaster and polished a rock into a diamond. This lil sucker is impeccable for all oat all things: sitting, lying, standing... You can drink this thang anywhere!
Get it my children. Get it good!

A - Light golden, huge white fluffy head, patchy lacing up to high beer mark, not hazy but only semi translucent
S - flowery, grass, carmel, grain, faint citrus, earthy, wheat
T - grain, flowery, carmel, grass, earth, dirt. finish isnt bitter (3/10) nor sweet.
M - med body, not much froth, med/high viscosity, little more acidity than expected
O- Pretty dull. Honestly i feel left hanging. I keep waiting for the burst of flavor - and every sip i am let down. This flowery/grass/dirt taste is just not appealing. Aside from the look, I would not talk highly of this.
