A light coloured pale ale – with a hint of aromatic Cascade & Willamette hops.

On tap at Dockside Brewery, January 2010.
Appearance: Unfiltered copper with white head receding to a thin foam and leaving good lace.
Aroma: Banana, fruit, yeast.
Taste: Very gently hopped, with hints of banana and spice, some apple, and yeasty like a Belgian ale. Too restrained to really be Belgian, but then it's not trying to be.
Mouthfeel: Fairly full bodied, smooth, creamy.
Drinkability: An interesting beer that is somewhat different to how you would expect, but in a good way. Not my favourite from their selection, but will have it again.

malty aroma, more like an english pale, a bit of fruit. 3 hops including cascade, but not in aroma, more malt than hop detected. fresh looking with lace and creamy head. Didn't really hit the spot, you could drink it but the search was on for something more interesting

Cloudy light orange with good head and lacing. Citrusy nose with a touch of funky hamster cage aroma. Grapefruit/citrus in flavour and quite bitter. Taste is a little on the one-dimensional side, and light bodied to boot but quite easy to drink. Not my favorite here, but a serviceable session brew by the water.

This is a clean APA that is light on the bitterness and hop flavour. It does have more flavour than most beers with a modest ABV.
Very drinkable, but the beer-geek might want a little more... particularly in the Pacific Northwest.
I prefered this brewers quality lagers... which aren't as common from a micro...
