A - I hate these stupid bottles, you can't see the sediment. I was just about to tip up the bottle after a beautiful pour and then... plop, plop, plop, massive chunks of yeast do "cannonballs" into my glass and now I'm left with something resembling bubble tea. It was clear, gold with orange hues, big puffy white head, and ample carbonation. Doesn't leave much for lacing.
S - mild acidity, otherwise your typical tripel character, sweet pils, lemon/orange zest, herb and spice
T - I don't really get any of the acidity in the flavour, but I do get a distinct lemon lime character that reminds me of 7Up or Sprite, but in a good way. Moderate amount of sweetness upfront, finish is decidely dry. Pepper is mild, which is good because the alcohol is really dry.
M - When I'm not straining yeast threw me teeth, it is bubbly, mouth filling but light. The alcohol is certainly noticable, but is not warm.
D - maybe not the best tripel I've ever had, but tasty and unique enough to be recommended.
Pretty good, finish is exceptionally dry. The acid in the smell is a little odd. Worth trying once, but I'd stick with their Delirium Tremens which is far superior.

On tap at the Delirium TapHouse. (Reviewed from notes dated May 27, 2013).
A-The beer has an orange-tinted, golden-amber color. It is clear with a stray bubble or to two of carbonation. There is some nice lacing left on the glass by the fat, one-finger head.
S-The smell has the underlying banana doughy, sweet, Belgian yeast smell that is similar to Tremens. There is a bit of spice and floral notes from the hops, but I would hardly call this bitter, even by timid Belgian bitterness standards.
T-The taste is similar to the smell at the start, with sweetness, bread, dough, and banana up front. Towards the finish, the hops kick in with a mild, bitter spiciness. The finish is on the bitter end of the spectrum, but is quite abrupt.
M-The feel is lightly oily with a medium heft and a fine, smooth carbonation.
O-I had a difficult time getting into this beer. The flavors did not integrate very well with one-another. It is as if they took Tremens, which I enjoy, and injected an unnecessary hop note that just doesn't fit very well. While I did not hate this beer, there are other Belgian bitters that I would go to first.

A: Poured from a bottle to a tulip glass. Had a yellowish color and a clear texture. There was a foamy, two inch, long-lasting head. Lots of good lacing.
S: A powerful aroma of fruit, malt, and yeast.
T: Tasted of malt (a lot of malt - more than I might have expected), Belgian yeast, fruit, and some esters. A lively flavor, with just enough complexity and power to make it interesting.
M: An off the charts amount of carbonation (I haven't had anything this bubbly in quite a while), with a prickly finish. Medium-bodied.
O: A well made, vibrant, and very drinkable beer.

Poured a bomb of a fluffy white head. Lots of carbonation, and erm, enough bits floating around to make it look like some sort of orange snow-ornamen that you shake. No lacing (unless you count the sediment clinging to the sides of the glass). This from a half-bottle pour, so the sediment wasn't sitting in the bottom and I poured in one mighty go.
Egads! Never seen anything like it. Looks like a million small goldfish in a beer glass.
Moving on - aromas of mandarin and some strong yeast, yes we are in Belgian territory
Taste is both sweet and sour at the same time, lovely complexity. More mandarins and citrus and hops bundled together. Nicely carbonated in the mouth.
