Holy Jesus this beer smells stellar.
Thank you Paul for this brew. Everyone who reads this.. Go to Cajun Bayou now and eat Paul's food.
Pours reddish brown. Solid. But who cares...
It's beer smells extraordinary. Peach cobbler. Like for reals!
Tastes great. Actually... We blended this beer with Crooked Stave Oculus with Great success! The sourness adds a lot of promise. Overall... On its own, very good. Blended with something that adds sourness. It's beer becomes extraordinary

This beer was the goods - like the best execution of a Short's crazy fruit beer.

This pours like any other brown ale. Looks the part and doesn't elude to the upcoming AMAZING smells. The peach, brown sugar and graham cracker-like smells just explode off of this beer. It smells decadent, yet balanced and not saccharine. One of the most impressive smelling beers I have had. The taste delivers in a similarly impressive fashion. The brown sugar and graham cracker maltiness sit nicely in the background as the malts of a slightly sweeter brown ale. The peach is up front and very natural tasting. Just exceptionally executed. The body and carbonation were spot on for us. Overall, I can't imagine this having come out better than what they had intended. Impressive work.

Oh, and blended with Oculus from Crooked Stave (a beer that is kind of like Beatification), was an excellent choice. As a peach cobbler sour brown it was also very nice.
