Reviewed from notes. Had on-tap at CCB tasting room. Poured into a snifter.

A: Black with some mahogany highlights, opaque, no visible carbonation, and a small tan head.

S: Chocolate, raisins, molasses, dark fruit. I couldn't pick out any distinct cherry aroma.

T: Ahhh, here are some cherries. There is an unmistakable cherry flavor with chocolate, sweet liquour, big malt. Overall sweet with bitter cacao undertones.

M: Sweet dark chocolate finish. Thick sticky mouthfeel. Smooth mouthfeel, minimal carbonation on tongue.

O: This is a pretty darn good beer. Not always big on fruited stouts, but this is solid.
