American-style IPA aged on Spanish cedar and peaches. The Spanish cedar contributes white grapefruit, sandalwood, and white pepper notes.

Poured from the growler into a Chimay goblet.
Pours a clear amber with a layer of off white head. There is a light peach note with a good cedar and hop presence. I'm getting more peach in the taste, but there is still a nice cedar presence. Not quite as much as the regular humidor. Just a touch of vanilla with a hoppy finish. Nice offering.

Growler generously shared at the Peg's tasting on 3/8/13.
A- Pours a hazy dark gold color, some floaty sediment things, topped with a white head.
S- Amazing peach aroma, some grassy, piney hops are beneath it, but mostly I'm just getting a whole load of peaches. Smells damn nice.
T- Lots of peach, grassy, citrusy hops, and mild cedar flavors. Slight malt sweetness. The peach and hop flavors work really nicely together.
M- Medium-bodied, nice carbonation, dry finish.
O- A very nice IPA, the peach is a great idea and works well with the hops, with the cedar adding some nice complexity, very drinkable and tasty stuff.

32 oz. growler served in a Deschutes snifter. Thanks to TheAlum(I think) for the share.
A: Pours hazy amber color with lots of sediment. A pure white head forms on the pour and recedes to a bubble ring. Some sticky lace is left down the glass.
S: Wow, this smells like straight up peach juice. Not as fresh as peach flesh, but more of the sugary juice variety like orange juice. Light grassy hop profile is underneath with some light cedar poking out.
T: More woody cedar notes come out in the taste and the peach flavor is as vibrant as the nose. Some pithy peach pit bitterness with dry herbal hops. Sweet malt body.
M: Medium to light bodied with a medium carbonation level. Drying finish.
O: The nose was better than the taste, but by far the best Humidor Series beer from CCB. I'd definitely enjoy this again.

Reviewed from notes. Had on-tap at CCB tasting room. Happy IPA Day! Served in a pint glass.
A: Pours a somewhat hazy gold color with a two-finger head and a good amount of visible carbonation.
S: Smell cedar wood, citrus (primarily grapefruit) hops but with more sweetness that the Humidor Jai Alai. Don't get a lot of true peach aroma here.
T: Excellent. Follows the nose well. The sweet peach flavor shows up here and really mellows or rounds out the cedar flavor. Both compliment the citrus & caramel malt flavors.
M: Medium mouthfeel, good carbonation sensation. Alcohol only mildly noticeable. The hang is hop bitterness & cedar dryness. Very nice.
O: This is tasty! Can't quite decide if I prefer it to the Humidor Jai Alai or not, but either way it's very good. Highly recommended.
