[Suggested Glassware: Snifter]
This brew poured a hazy dark copper like orange topped with an average (1-2 finger) light tan creamy head, which slowly receded and produced some superb sheets of sticky lacing.
As for the aroma it was bold and robust of a sweet light bread malt, floral and resin hops and a chewy doughy yeast, it also possessed notes of caramel, toffee, mango, citrus (orange), a light hint of butter and a strong scent of alcohol (cognac).
The taste was rather intense right off with a sweet maltiness and had a nice buttery caramel presence from the get go, but quickly become very hoppy with a bold resin flavor and a sweet fruity alcohol ending. The aftertaste was with you for a very long time preceding the swallow, with a sweet hoppy alcohol warming left behind for further enjoyment.
Mouthfeel was medium in body and somewhat syrupy in texture with a medium carbonation.
Overall I found this to be an Imperial IPA that was very sweet, in fact it tasted more like a Barleywine than anything else. That being said, it was a fantastic brew with a easy drinkability and a fantastic fruity hoppy taste...

A-dark cloudy amber with a light cream colored head
S-strong scent of sweet hops and malts. definitely smells more like a barley wine. strong scent
T-comes in with a very sweet flavor of hops and malts that slowly turns in to an old wood flavor. the after-taste is very fruity similar to fruit punch. they're all quite strong flavors.
M-low medium carbonation with a semi-dry finish
O-not CCB's best offering. I don't know why, but their 110k batches never impress me. This isn't a bad beer at all, but for a DIPA from the brewery, I expect a lot better. it's very sweet with some odd flavors reminiscent of a malt bomb. it's drinkable though I wish I had someone else here to share this one with.

Single finger off white head with excellent retention and scattered lacing on a murky copper with orange tones body. Aroma of fig, orange peal, apricot, bready malts, oak and alcohol. Flavor is very malty as expected with candied orange, decent amount of booze, wood, apricot, breads and lemon. Medium but chewy body and light to moderate carbonation. Better than the last batch bring a lot more drinkable and less boozy. I almost didn't get this one as I remember the last being a drain pour, rare for cigar city. This one is much better.

This is such a unique beer! You can taste the Orange Blossom honey in the brew as well as the Spanish Cedar blending with the original IPA. A truly unique Florida experience! I didn't know they had it in a bottle, I have only had this wonderful concoction on tap.
