On tap during the Belgian Beer Fest at Coasters Pub in Melbourne, FL. This brew was specially made for this event and consists of an IPA fermented with Trappist Ale yeast, blended with Guava Grove Saison.
Pours a hazy apricot color with an off-white head that settles down into a thin skim. Smell is sweet, tangy and fruity. Hops not really too noticable.
Taste is quite fun and playful, for lack of a better word. The fruityness of the Trappist yeast and Guava Grove are offset by a hop bite at the end. Quite a unique brew!
Mouthfeel is full and creamy and drinkability has you coming back for a second.

Thanks to Gunhaver for this one.
A: Pours a lighter shade of brown with a tall tan head. Nice retention but no lace.
S: Lots of sweet malts. Caramel for sure with notes of Belgian yeast.
T: Belgian yeast for sure. Lots of banana and light bubble gum. Hints of caramel and sweet summer fruits.
M: Medium in body smooth, and sweet.
D: Okay, unique but not my favorite CCB offering.

A – It pours a copper-amber hue, translucent, with a white wispy head.
S – Smells strange; a sweet berry-ish caramel aroma, perhaps like a caramel apple, or a cream-cheese streusel from Entenmanns spring to mind. I could use more hop presence.
T – It tastes like a Belgian waffle-, or a Belgian chocolate- IPA, very sweet, with a distinct caramel apple impression towards the finish. It is apparently a brew flavored with guava and Trappist yeast. Fruity, no doubt.
M – Creamy and smooth.
D – On a day-to-day, this is a bit much, as it is very fruity and rich and desert-like. Also, it is an uncharacteristically soft and sweet brew for CCB; it is nevertheless characteristically flavorful and intriguing.
