In Mayan myth, Hunahpu gave cocoa to the Mayans. An Imperial Stout Aged On Cacao Nibs, Madagascar Vanilla Beans, Ancho Chilis, Pasilla Chilis and Cinnamon.

Had this beer (finally!) at a mini-whale tasting.

2011 - 750ml bottle.
I'm not sure if I can easily review this beer. It was just so amazing.
Color is very very dark. motor-oil black and beautiful. Small 1/2 finger brown head that retains for a while.
The smell of of cocao powder and cinnamon, roasted dark malts. Didn't really notice any of the chilis, though, in the smell.
Taste is of rich dark chocolate and cocoa. Some spice from the chilis, but way in the background. Hints of vanilla. Megatons of gloriousness.
Mouthfeel was thick with little carbonation.
This is a great beer. One of the best i've ever had. Now I just need to find more of it.
