Pours a cloudy blonde color with a one-finger head into my glass. Great color for what should be an epic beer.
The aroma can be described as containing sweet malt with just the right touch of hops. Very crisp and fresh.
Taste? Lots of hops to appease the taste buds, but not to a point where they're overkill. Grainy, sweet and buttery malt compliment the hop profile, which is light, floral and can be attributed to a healthy dose of Cascade and Centennial hops.
Mouthfeel is full of lingering sweet, grainy malt and hops. It's pleasant and leaves my palate desiring more.
Wow. This certainly is a knockout for the style. At 6.1%, it's the big sister to Papelblonde. I can't really think of much else that could top this style-wise. Kudos to Sean for yet another excellent style interpretation!

22 oz gold foiled bottle, #2 of 90. MasterSki shared this one!
Pours a hazy golden yellow, very thick white head forms and settles down to a thick ring and layer around the glass, drops a ton of lacing all over, looks pretty good.
Smell is nice, very toasty, honey sweetness, floral, a touch of caramel and some light fruitiness, peaches, mangoes, refreshing stuff, nice aroma.
Taste is similar, some grapefruit and orange up front, honey, caramel, some nice toast and a touch of biscuit, floral, very refreshing profile, solid bitterness in the finish, very balanced.
Mouthfeel is light to medium bodied with medium carbonation. A pretty nice blonde ale, very drinkable and refreshing with some nice character. Thanks Alex!

Huge thanks to stowehop for picking this up for me. Batch #130, Bottle #90. Served in a Unibroue tulip.
A - Pours with two fingers of eggshell foam. Rings of lace remain after the head settles to a thick ring and some patchy haze. The body is a hazed apricot orange color.
S - Smells like a hoppy blonde ale - orange citrus, and a touch of noble hop spice, overlaid on a toffee and honey malt backbone. Maybe a touch of fruity yeast character too.
T - I like the taste better, as it has less of the zest and more of the hop juiciness in the flavor, and bitterness in the aftertaste. The malt character ties things together, but never gets to heavy - which is what I want from this style of beer. More of a 4.25, but I was generous elsewhere I guess.
M - Light-medium body, with low but active carbonation. Pretty smooth texture, and quite refreshing.
D - This is a superb session beer - I'd love to have it again some time.

22oz bomber received in a trade with MtGoat thanks!
Appearance: Pours a slightly hazy pale blond with a 1 finger white crown that shows decent retention and lace.
Smell: Hallertau / saaz type herbal hops over light amount of pale malt.
Taste: Same as the nose but the hops take center stage. This blond is hoppy enough to come off more like an imperial pilsner or a belgian ipa even!
Mouthfeel: Crisp with good carbonation.
Drinkability: Sessionable.
Another solid offering from Lawsons!

Big citrus notes with good balancing malt character. Golden straw color with off white head. If I could get this in a six pack it would always be in my fridge. Not sure if this really should be called a blonde but regardless I its too good to not get high marks. More to come from notes laters.

Served in a pint glass at American Flatbread in Burlington, VT.
Pours a hazy gold color with a one finger white head with good retention leaving patchy lacing. Aromas of lemon, biscuity malt and wheat. Light malty flavors with noble hop flavors with a lemony bite to it. High carbonation, light body there is a clean crisp mouthfeel with an extra dry finish.
