Appearance: Cloudy, golden / orange. Large, light brown, head, dissipating in a couple of minutes.
Smell: Malty, some very discreet bready smell.
Taste: Musty / bready, but not in an overwhelming manner.
Mouthfeel: Smooth, medium body; fairly pronounced carbonation. Drinkability: Yes! Refreshing besides the rather “oily” (and perhaps even spicey) aftertaste.

Golden colour, clear medium thin head which disappeared. Typical grassy, malty smell with hints of red cabbage. Tasted fairly bitter, hsd notes of sour apples but was reasonably balanced. Smoothish mouthfull, moderate carbonation. Not bad, wasn't sure if it was a Keller/Zwickel or a Märzen, not that interesting, probably won't revisit.

500ml brown glass bottle with usual pressure cap poured into an An Brainblasta goblet in Belfort, France. Reviewed live.
A: No real head at all. Unfortunate, especially for such a relatively low ABV. Hazy semitransparent gold colour.
Sm: Caramelized malt is all me broken nose can detect. All apologies, lads.
T: Caramelized malt body with unfermented sugar on the climax. Simple garbage build is balanced but who cares when it's this low quality? Not bold or interesting.
Mf: Smooth, a bit sharp, and wet. Not bad in its own right, but noncomplementary of the flavour.
Dr: Average ABV, below average drinkability, low quality, and bad pricing make this a beer ye should definitely avoid picking up, let alone looking at. Ignore and avoid. Onto the next one, lads.

A- Cloudy orange in color, no real head just a very thin white layer on pour.
S-sweet Malt, earthy hops, orange and lemon,
T- Light blend of sweet malt and fruity hops, a bit of caramel and spices, a bit watery but it does not take away from the beer at all
M- Light body and low carbonation
D- Great summer beer,

Haven't reviewed a beer in a while, one of my last nights living here in Bavaria, gonna give a Kloster bier a shot. Picked this up at a small drink shop in the town of Tutzing on the Starnberg See.
Pours a light golden brown tone, nice creamy head, but isn't quite as thick as other examples. Head dissipates rather quickly, leaving very light lacing. but the beer displays a nice level of carbonation. good apperance.
The nose is fuller than expected-grassy, musty tobacco, lemon zest, candied sugar, fresh Hallertau hops, a nice underlying bitterness akin to the fresh mineral-high water in Bavaria. FInishes lightly spicy, the light biscuity backbone provides a near perfect support to the sweetness and mineral notes. Very good aromatically.
On the flavor. Lightly sweet upfront, candied malt sugar, honey fresh hoppiness, all cut by the carbonation and finishes with a long lingering spiciness the remains on the tongue for qite a while. A slight warming in the throat lingers as well as fresh black pepper. The ABV is slightly higher than a normal Helles, and it does an excellent job to balance the maltiness. The peppery finish is really the standout of this beer.
Drinkablity is near perfect. Light, refreshing and easy to drink. Great tradional style slightly above the normal flavor profile. Personally I find this every bit a good as the more famous Tegernsee or Augustiner examples. Zum Wohl!

500 ml bottle, bought in Bier Spezi Hoheluft, Hamburg. Some sediment in the bottle. Hazy golden colour, large and lingering off-white head. Pleasant aroma of aromatic hops, notes of citrus, flowers and honey, hints of oak and leather. Flavour is fairly malty and relatively sweet, well balanced with pleasant hops, some oaky and spicy elements. This is what a golden lager SHOULD taste like! Industrial junk pushers: See, smell, drink and LEARN!

BB 12-05. Nice white head and a opalising golden brew. Nose is good, showing good maltiness, lots of fresh hops with sulphuric ite. Good and fresh and a nice alcoholnose over it make nose ok. Tate is fresh, good bodied, nicely malted and well bittered though IMO could be litle higher. Overal fine, clean and inviting brew only gets alcohol litle on the front while brew warms up. Good carbonisation makes mouthfeel balanced except for maybe the alcohol but overal a very plesant and good beer that gives fresh enjoyment.

Clean appearance, with oranged color. White head, but quite scarce.
At the nose it is very malty, but there is a fresh mint/sage/eucalyptus notes that give to this beer a strong characterization.
Start very malty in the taste, full, and then again the freshness of the mint/eucalyptus notes. Light caramel. Pleasant.
Fresh, with these balsamic notes.
Average body. In the aftertaste, quite smooth, there is again the malt, but absolutely not boring, thanks to the good balancement given by the fresh and balsamic flavours.
Good beer.
