The brew is rather clear yellow, some white foam, and some lacing.
The smell is mainly sour, lime and sour milk, but very fresh.
The taste is much lemon and lime, but with a good bitter finish. Spicy and a bit of yeast.
Much carbonation, easy body, refreshing finish.
A good craft beer, probably something to really enjoy on a hot summers day.

The liquid is clear; the colour is dark gold. The finger thick head is white. Some lacing occurs.
The smell is fruity-meaty with a note of beef stock. Fine bitter hoppy flavours. Lots of yeast and a rough sourness.
The body is rather light. The taste is yeasty (dough) with spicy notes. Salty hints of meat and fresh bread. The aftertaste is bitter with notes of vinegar and exotic spices.
The carbonation is strong; the fresh bubbles are medium sized. The liquid is medium to light.
A very good take on the French/Belgian saison style: Raw distinct flavours yet very refreshing.
