"Beridaren" means The Horse-breaker.

Brewed it with light malt, vienna malt and smoked malt. The hops are German and Czech. The yeast is Belgian.

The colour is pale gold; the low head is white. Lots of lacing occurs.

The smell is malty and fresh. Earthy notes of stable. Belgian notes of wheat and fruity yeast. Some bitter hints.

The taste is first light, but it slowly builds an interesting character with notes of straw, stable and leather. The aftertaste is clean with refreshing hoppy bitter notes. The finish is yeasty and a bit sweet with a hint of alcohol.

The carbonation is light, the liquid is mid-smooth.

A pleasant and drinkable beer with a nice Belgian character.
