Visited July 2011:
Visited on a Tuesday evening and first off noted that that parking lot was packed, so I was very optimistic about the establishment. Upon entering I noted that it had a very nice interior, a nice bar area and a few dining areas. It had a number of beer, but I was focused on trying the Evolution beers to really note what the others were, but from what I can recall they had a few nice beer that I was not expecting to see in Salisbury, MD. I tried the Evolution Lot #3, a very good choice. The service was good, as expected. The food was not as good as expected, but still good. I had a few apps, the deviled eggs and risotto, both were very good, but for my entree, I ordered the Steak tips and crab pasta, which was ok. A bit under seasoned, but still worth it. Overall, probably a nice dining experience with a decent beer list.

Sobo's is a great place to go if you're in Salisbury. They have a nice selection of beers. All Evolution on tap, with a nice bottle selection. They have recently added St. Bernardus Abt 12 and Chouffe Houblon to there beer list. There is not another restaurant on the Maryland Eastern shore that offers these two exceptional beers. Easily one of the best places to eat in Salisbury and after dinner and a few drinks at Sobo's you can go next door to Specific Gravity where they have a great selection of craft beers on tap at all times.

Cozy place with some good craft brews. Beer list is always being adjusted with new additions. Not hundreds of choices but plenty to enjoy.
Food is eclectic with good daily specials. The servings are sizable and filling. Well rounded menu offers sandwhiches, salads, and pasta dishes, as well as nice steaks, fish and chicken.
The wine list is very nice with many quality well priced bottles. They offer a premiuim pour daily which is a higher end wine availble by the glass instead of bottle only.
Wine and beer tastings are offered on a regular basis each month. They are paired nicely with small plate offerings that put a new and unique twist on some otherwise classic meals.
If you're going through Salisbury make this restaurant a stop on your list.
