Pours a clear, amber color. There is slight carbonation that creates a thin white head, but it dissipates very quickly.
Smell is very different. A sweet smell of toffee malts and very little hops. The hops are a nice grapefruit, citrus smell, however.
Taste has a slight citrus hop taste with a good pine taste as well. The whole IPA is balanced by a good toffee malt taste, adding a nice sweetness.
Mouthfeel is a thin IPA. The thinness gives a nice refreshing quality, but also dries out the mouth, making one want another sip.
Drinkability is nice on this beer. Some good tastes that have a good balance. Nothing extraordinary about this beer, but all very good. Don't go out of your way to get it, but definitely a nice find at a party.

Style: American IPA
ABV: 6.40 %

LOOK: Pale copper, small foamy head, little lace, and has some carbonation rising to the top, looking a little limp and lifeless.

AROMA: Faint herbal hops, trace of pine, flowers, and caramel.

TASTE: Caramel and mild citrusy, leafy hops. Alittle bit sweet for an ipa lacking in flavor but at least a small bitterness. Mild citrus, grass and earthy notes. Finishes watery and somewhat clean.

FEEL: Light bodied, thin, watery, but carbonation is at a decent level.

OVERALL: A pretty disappointing IPA. Not the most flavorful, and hardly bitter at all. Would be good for drinkers that do not like IPAs, but want to try something with a bit of hop to it. Did go decently well with some chinese food.

This beer looks so novelty it's killing me, you know when you look at a new beer and it looks so bad that you know not to buy it. But there's that sick part of your brain that wants you to try it it. Pours a brilliant orange tinted copper color with a slightly off white head billows thick and forms nice scattered lacing as it dwindles. Aroma hints of caramel and stale hops slightly herbal/citric/and dank weed with a mix of stinky feet. Flavor is horrible, cardboard grainy water with bitter hop pellets blending through each sip finishes with a bit too much garlic. Mouthfeel has medium to light body with moderately heavy carbonation flowing through. Overall if you like hops and you like good beer, you want enjoy this novelty offering.
