The beer poured mahogany with a full tan head. The aroma was of caramel malt. The taste was of caramel malt, crystal sugar, and coffee with a slight hint of peach in the finish as it warmed. The feel was medium and wet. This was a very solid and somewhat unique offering. I enjoyed it, though being a bit on the sweet side I don't know if more than one a session would work. A sort of Belgian twist on top of a solid Bock foundation.
