For South Hadley, there are not many places to buy beer in the immediate downtown (especially near Mount Holyoke). I used to frequent this establishment a lot when I visited my wife at school. Its a nice deli/sandwich place with a decent size refrigerator of beer.

Mostly have six packs and bombers. Local fare like BBC and Opa-Opa were well stocked. Others were Otter Creek, Rogue and Smuttynose. The usual suspects like Sam Adams or Guinness were also well stocked.

Service seemed lacking: no one works around the refrigerator so I am uncertain in how knowledgeable or helpful they could be. No beer on the premise can be drank so you can't buy a beer and drink it in there.

Yeah, its a pretty small place and beer might not be its specialty, but for the town of South Hadley and for Mount Holyoke students, this establishment has some good selections. If your in the area, drive in and have a good deli sandwich and pick up some six packs or bombers.
