A: Golden colour (duvel like), decent amount of carbonation rising up, good thick and dense white head;

S: Lemon, orange peal, some yeast and hops, and something floral

T: a lot of banana, the hops are there, some honey, lots of alcohol, the combination doesn't really work for me

M: Good carbonation, dry, too alcoholic

O: This just isn't my cup of tea, hurts to bring down a homebeer

Beer from Gent, one of the main cities in Flanders.

Pale golden colour, massive white head, lively carbonation. Pouring out the bottle, the clear ale becomes cloudy.
Smell of floral and citric notes.
Taste typical of belgian strong ale: bittersweet with a mild spicy finish.
Very smooth indeed. No harshness from alcohol at all.

Overall, it's one of the best pale ales I've tasted in a while. Compare it to Duvel or Westmalle as a whole, and it's perhaps better.
Recommended.
