On tap at Bruery Provisions.
Poured a nice clear golden hue with a small white head. Not a whole lot of lacing going on. Nice amount of carbonation but not at all fizzy.
Smells very choppy but a clean hop aroma. Lemony citrus with some grassy and pine notes. Simply amazing.
Clean balanced taste that is hop forward and not overly bitter. Citrus and pine are dominate. Malt is sweet upfront. Dry finish.
Mouth feel is sticky and medium bodied. Great refreshing beer. I will have to seek out some more of this.

Had in a taster flight at the Bruery Provisions in Orange. Poured in a 2 oz tulip glass.
A- Light orange color, thick fluffy head. Thick lacing, very little carbonation.
S- Slightly bitter hops, some dark fruits and a seemingly high alcohol content.
T- Creamy, the hops come in strong late in the taste. There is a yam kind of sweetness in the first taste.
M- Light bodied, clean finish.
O- Not my favorite of the style, but wonderfully complex. Kudos.

On tap at Bootlegger's.
A: Burnished gold with a finger of white head.
S: Vibrant orange and pine with prominent floral notes. The hops are very aromatic with a touch of peach. Malt is crackery and lightly sweet with a dash of caramel. I get a little pepper.
T: Lots of citrus rind with a strong cracker and biscuit malt profile. Bitterness is very dry with some astringency. The finish is a little metallic.
M: Medium in body with moderate carbonation.
Overall: A pretty good IPA. The flavor didn't match the aroma, but there were still positive attributes.

On-tap at Bootlegger's
A: The pour is a clear golden amber color with a finger of white head.
S: As an IPA should, this smells quite citrusy with a fair bit of lemon, likely from the Sorachi Ace. A somewhat herbal and piney hop aroma with some mild bready malt character and a hint of grapefruit.
T: The flavor has some nice pine and bitterness with a decent grapefruit peel note. Some of the lemon that was present on the nose, but not as strong. Mild malt content with a bit of herbal hops and grass.
M: Medium in body with a medium carbonation.
O: Not Bootlegger's best IPA, but I enjoyed my glass.
