Visited with chief7771 not too long ago. Interesting new place that Id love to go back to.
Their beer selection was one of the best in Knoxville, ( a large double wide cooler filled with different beers ) and the staff was very nice.
I had A DFH 90 Min, Samuel Smiths Taddy Porter, Celebrator, and several others before we cracked open some outside brews with the staff.
The atmosphere was great. No punks running around drinking Natty Light etc. and the smell of good cigars. ( the food I had was good too )
If I was going to buy a cigar I would come here too, the set up was awesome. I just dont like to smoke while I am drinking beers or I would have done some more shopping.
I will be back for sure.

Being from New York, the idea of enjoying a great cigar and some craft beer at the same time in a public establishment is pretty much impossible (legally at least), so you can image how excited I was about this place! Located in the historic Old City, there are two entrances on the street. One entrance takes you into the cigar shop, which also has high end soaps and some other stuff. The other door goes directly to the bar. I went straight to the humidor in the back. Service was excellent and friendly and so were the patrons in the place. After our cigars were lit we simply walked through an open entryway into the bar area. We were greeted by Ian the bartender and a friendly patron named John. There were 6 taps with excellent beers, I was drinking the New Belgiums as we cant get them in NY. The bottle selection was great and the scotch selection was top-notch. I loved this place and so did my female friend/coworker who accompanied me, who was also enjoying her cigar. If you are into cigars, this is a must stop. The smoke eaters/fans were working well so even if you just want a great friendly atmosphere with good craft brews this is for you.

I made a stop at The Sunspot and Knoxville Cigar Company while in town on business.
While both offer the finest of the regions beers, I found it hard as a non cigar smoker (that evening) to really appreciate my Starr Hill IPA.
If you're out with a group and want to enjoy a cigar and good beer, this is the way to go.
About 6 taps of good craft taps. A couple by New Belgium. Pretty good bottle selection as well.
One side is more geared toward cigar smoking and the other side is more of a dark bar with large flat screens and lots of comfy chairs. I imagine on the weekends this place is a zoo. We had the place pretty much to ourselves on a Tuesday evening.

This is hands doen my favorite bar in Knoxville. The atmosphere is nothing short of manly. Leather seating, dark woods, and the aroma of cigars filling the air. Unlike any other cigar bar, this one has reasonable prices on the cigars because it's also a store.
The tap selection is a little slim, but still well chosen. Craft beer selection in bottles is one of the best in town, and if you're a scotch fan, this is definitely your place.
The food (while a little limited in choices) is pretty damn good to boot.
The service is probably the best part. The bartender was the kind of guy that I expected to see tending bar in an old movie. Extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. Polite, and actually dressed in a tie. Next time, I'll stay for a little longer than one beer and some gumbo. (which were both great by the way)

In the middle of Central Street in Old Town with lot parking in the area. Clean brick and wood older building with bar in middle and tables on the right and beverages and brews in collers at he end of bar. Eight on tap and good selection of micros bottles are offered. All were solid drinkable brews. Freindly bartender with good knowledge. Good selection of liquor with a good scotch choices for my freind. I was there late and had the just a couple of brews. Good smoke shop next door and gave you a nice change of pace. I will go the next time in town.

Visited this place on a Friday afternoon at 4pm and continued to have such a good time that I ended up staying till 930pm! When you walk in, you are greeted by their extensive cigar, tobacco and accessories selection. This includes a number of English fragrences, soaps and lotions. Take a walk thru the brick doorway to the bar area and be greeted by a friendly bartender. The beer selection is extensive, including some great high gravity beers, but none on tap yet. One of the owners said he would like to have a high-grav beer on tap soon. It isn't very smoky, and the owner said they are still fine tuning the ventelation system. My wife came by and she can't stand cigarette smoke, but she said the aroma of cigars was pleasant. This is my new favorite place to have a great cigar and cold high-grav beer, the only place in Knoxville I know of to have high-grav beer available in bottles in a bar.
