A friend brought this back from Oregon.
Pours a dark amber color with a pretty nice head.
Aromas are doughy, pine like, and with some brewed tea notes.
Taste is very similar to the nose. Upon first sip I thought this was an amber ale. Bready and doughy, with tea notes, and some earthy hops on the finish.
Mouthfeel is full and pretty smooth.
Overall, this is just ok and average. I guess more British in style. It's drinkable, and a decent beer, but certainly nothing like a typical West Coast IPA.

Thanks to bu11zeye for sharing this bottle.
The beer pours a yellow color with a white head. The aroma has quite a bit of biscuit malt, as well as some grass and a light bit of citrus from the hops. The flavor is also fairly heavy on the biscuit malt and grass, with a hint of lemon and a low amount of bitterness. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

Poured from 22oz bomber into a pint glass.
Appearance: light golden-orange hue with a bit of haze and three ringers of frothy off-white foam. Quite nice.
Smell: musty, vegetal hops with some grainy malt. Overall, the aroma is quite mild. It's not exactly unpleasant, but it doesn't really float my boat.
Taste: funky, citrusy hops top a slightly biscuity, grainy malt and a pretty rasping bitterness. Not an IPA I would care to drink a lot of, although I could see how this might appeal to someone.
Mouthfeel: medium-light body with an OK level of carbonation. Not exactly creamy, but not bad.
Overall: this beer just doesn't fit the flavor profile of an IPA that I would like. The bitterness is particularly harsh -- you can do bitter without the rasping quality this one has.

A clear light golden amber color with a nice fluffy white head that generates some significant lacing. The aroma offers slightly lemony biscuit wheat with a hint of herbal hops. The flavor brings a sort of swampy citrus bread that oozes caramel malt. Herbal qualities here as well. This is medium bodied with mild carbonation and a fairly luscious feel. Forgettable but not bad at all.

Look - typical.
Smell - typical.
Taste - typical.
Mouthfeel - typical.
Overall - typical.
Mild citrus taste meets minimal expectation of the style.
A nice session beer that I enjoyed.
A very average West Coast IPA that was worth ticking off.
PS - cute name.

A: definite carbonation as there's a thick frothy country white looking head aloft a golden colored beer
S: bready with some malt going...hops are subtle, not used to IPA, per say, that does whack hops in your nose.
T: malty & sharp with a bitter back back end.
M: medium body w/ a good chunk of carbonation.
O: interesting, but there's so many IPAs out there and expectations are higher for those from the NW. a one off for me.

Aroma is a little flowery and some grassy hops. Caramel malt is pretty strong too. So decent malt/hop combo.
Deep gold and clear. Poured with a thick foamy head that faded to a half inch solid and lasting layer that leaves a ton of lacing.
Flavor profile is pretty malty. Lots of base malt and caramel. The hop bitterness is there but less than your expected west coast IPA. Not much in the way of hop flavor on the back end. And there's some buttery diacetyl but not too much. It all adds up to a much maltier flavor than most IPAs. Good personally, but the hop heads probably won't be impressed.
Medium bodied bu the carbonation is kind of low. Seems almost like a cask ale from a bottle.
I like it. I like the maltier notes. Think of it as an ESB or an English IPA and it's very nice.

Picked up a 22-oz bottle while in Bend, OR over '11 July 4th weekend. Poured into tulip on 7/17/2011.
A: Cloudy orange with thick off-white head that clings to the glass edges.
N: Soapy floral and biscuit.
T/M: Piney and bitter start moves inot a balanced malty biscuit note, leaving a resinous, earthy coating on the tongue. Decent carbonation with a light to medium body.
This is a decent light IPA. Maybe i am not hitting this beer at its freshest state, but that is their fault for not visibly dating the bottle.

Clear dark gold colour with a foamy white head. Good head retention.
Very grainy aroma with a slight herbal note. This really isn't an IPA.
Grainy malt with a touch of sweetness. Moderate bitterness. No real hop character.
Medium-light body with moderate carbonation. Fine.
This is not a good IPA. The malt is far too grainy and the hop character is seriously lacking.

A - Golden brown color; white frothy head that dissipates quite quickly; lacing recedes quite quickly
S - Smells a bit of citrus, quite grassy, floral. Surprisingly not that hoppy.
T - Metallic and somewhat spicy aftertaste; sweet somewhere in the middle, and grassy/citrus flavors in the beginning.
M - Light carbonation that tingles in the roof of your mouth, but goes down smooth
Overall this beer did not taste as hoppy as the other IPAs I've had - it's like a watered down IPA.
