I had this brew on tap this past weekend at the Roy Pitz brewery. This beer is actually a cask conditioned version of their Daddy Fat Sacs. There is a night and day difference between the two.

A- Hazy dark yellow almost bordering orange with a thin white head that fades quickly.

S- Abundant citrus aromas upfront followed by sweet malt.

T- A mild bursts of citrus hops upfront with a very mellow finish.

M- Medium bodied with low carbonation and warm.

D- I could probably drink two of these before becoming tired. The warm serving temperature makes it harder to drink.

Not bad, definitely a night and day difference between this and Daddy Fat Sacs. The hop character is more pronounced and the sweetness definitely mellowed out.
