A - Poured a straw color with a white head that fades quickly to a ring leaving some lacing behind
S - Is pretty light some sweet malt and some grassy hops
T - The taste is also light theres some sweet malt and some slight hops in the flavor
M - This beer has a light body with medium carbonation to it
D - This is the definition of a ho hum beer and yes I know its not supposed to be big and bold but my ADD is to strong for this beer its average, boring, and just not worth it to me

Got this on tap into a pint glass at J&J's pizza in Denton.
A: mostly like a pale lager but decent 1 finger head and mild lacing when cold.
S: not much going on here. Smells like sweet pale malt, and coriander.
T: heavy on lemon, nicely sweet if unbalanced in that direction slightly. Spices like coriander, and maybe spicy cinnamon too.
M: lingers nicely on the mouth, no bitterness. Carbonation is slightly low, and slightly thin body but overall solid.
D: very high. Easy to drink beer but can become slightly cloying with the sweetness. Otherwise off the chart.
A recommended kolsch but not in the upper tier of the style.

A: straw colored, slightest suggestion of head, no lacing
S: juicy juice,
T: sickly sweet, malty and very lightly hopped.
M: light, but not watery and decently carbonated. Refreshing.
D: pleasant, a little sweeter than than I like my Kolschs. Maybe even a little macro brewer-y.

Tried on tap at WhipIn, 7 Aug 2010. Served in a shaker pint.
Slightly hazy golden in color with just a hint of green. Small white head quickly dissipates. Lightly carbonated. Light aroma, lemony and jammy. Light and refreshing. Touch of grainy malt, slight bit of apple and lemon. Finish and aftertaste become a little bready with a hint of bitterness. Light body, light alcohol.
Good on a warm summer day.

APPEARANCE
A clear goldenorange color. No too much head rentention, but well carbonated.
SMELL
Has a sweet smell with a slight hopiness to it.
TASTE
The sweetness is not over powering like some Kolsch. It is not too hoppy either.
MOUTHFEEL
Slightly carbonated and watery.
OVERALL
Although, I'm not a fan of the Kolsch.
It is one of the better Kolsch I've had.

Had this beer a few weeks ago, so this review is from the notes I wrote about it. It poured with a light light golden color with a clear body. It a nice hoppy smell with hints of fruits, which I thought were mostly apple. I was surprised with the taste though because the fruits were not nearly as strong as they were in the smell. It was very light and crisp in the mouth. It would be a good replacement for any light beer on a night out. Definitely worth a try.

A: Pours a clear straw yellow color. A small white head forms, and recedes to nothing in a second. Light lace is left behind.
S: At first, sweet malt. Some fruity aromas as well. Lemon, apples. Some grassy hops and some yeast. Deceptively complex.
T: Follows the nose. Sweet malt at first. Light fruity flavors of lemon and apples. Grassy and floral hops. Some yeast as well.
M/D: A light to medium body. Crisp, dry, and smooth. Easy to drink. I can quaff several of these with no problem.
I think this a very good Kolsch. There is a lot going on here. A surprisingly and deceivingly complex brew. Light, but enough body and flavor to satisfy. A great beer for the hot Texas summers, or just for an easy session. Recommended.

a very consistent beer. not riddled with a taste of corn like most american kolsch style beers. crisp... some apple malt qualities and some very subdued hop that just clears everything out. simple, and not astringent or acidic. tight in form and mild in taste.

I was happy to see this on tap at the Gingerman in Austin. I'm a sucker for this underappreciated style.
As with most beers at this great bar, it was served in a standard pint. The beer is chill hazed gold with a fairly clingy white head.
The nose is grainy with pear and a bit of citrus.
Nice crisp Kolsch. There are grains, apple, pears and sweet crackers. Interesting with good balance.
The mouth is a perfect blend of carbonation, heft and a touch of slickness.
It is extremely easy to drink especially in the 104 degree heat.
Well done!

On tap at the brewery. The beer pours a golden yellow color with a white head. The aroma is wheat and grain with some lemon and grass notes. The flavor is more of the same. I get a lot of wheat with some lemon and grape notes. There is a little bit of grass and earth from the hops, but they contribute basically no bitterness. Light and refreshing, this is a very easy beer to drink. Medium carbonation. A great beer for a hot summer day.
