A big shout out to woodychandler for this beer. Poured from a 12 oz. can. Has a light caramel color with a 1/2 inch head. Smell is mainly of hops, there are some malts present. Taste is well balanced malts and hops, some pine, bitter at the finish. Very drinkable. Feels medium bodied in the mouth and overall is a solid beer.

22oz bottle (no wax dip -- I don't know where that picture came from) poured into two pint glasses
Pours with a giant, coarse, slowly fading beige head. Mostly clear, golden with a slight orange hue, medium amount of active carbonation. Smell is yeasty and mildly fruity with a slight spicy-hoppy aroma.
Taste is syrupy sweet with a lot of sort of citrus tartness and a lot of floral flavors. Slight metallic note.
Mouthfeel is somewhat flat, smooth. Overall, I think it's an OK pale ale.

Poured into a pint glass. I failed at the pour and started out with 3" of head. After it calmed down, it was a nice 1.5 fingers worth. Good lacing, beautiful color - sunset orange… a little cloudy. Smells very crisp, hoppy with a little bit of citrus. Very good taste. I usually prefer malt over hop, but I could drink this one easily... I would love this on a summer day. The mouthfeel is almost creamy yet still pretty carbonated. Overall, a very good beer.... will have this again.

appearance - head recedes quickly, mostly transparent orange
smell - catching a floral or citrus note
taste - very grassy, has a bit of an off taste
mouthfeel - light body, heavy carbonation
overall - the taste ruins it for me, not very delicious

On tap into a standard American pint glass @ the Hi-Life, Ballard, Seattle.
Pours a slightly hazy honey amber with a minimal head and not much lacing.
Aroma is hoppy, floral and a little piney.
Taste follows nose: a lot of pine and resin, floral notes, dry bready malt.
Overall an OK, kind of different pale ale, but the piney hops might be a little overpowering.

22oz bomber poured to a pint glass.
A- Cloudy, dark honey yellow with a foamy one finger head. Very light lacing which dissipated quickly.
S- Sweet breads, honey and biscuit with a slight hop aroma. Light grass, citrus, and a touch of banana.
T- Grassy flavors infused with a hop bitterness that lingers on the back of the tongue. Light banana notes. Surprisingly, this beer had a lot of spicy elements, with very detectable notes of clove, ginger, and cinnamon. I swear there may have been some cross contamination here from their pumpkin beer- maybe during bottling? It tastes an awful lot like their Pumpkin Spice.
MF- Kind of a greasy, fried food, french fry sort of mouthfeel. Not digging it. Again, spicy and tingly on the tongue. Hop bitterness is there, but really not very enjoyable.
O- Disappointing for sure. Two Beers has some great offerings, but I'm really thinking this was a bad batch or bottle. Really spicy, like a poorly hopped version of their pumpkin brew. Meh.

Thanks to Beertunes for this one.
Poured from a 22 oz. bottle into a pint glass.
The beer pours a clear deep copper/amber color with a smallish off white head that recedes quickly leaving behind a crown that last the remainder of the glass. A moderate amount of lacing coats the glass.
Clean floral and citrusy hop aroma compliments a bready malt backbone. Some slighlty fruity notes.
Much like the nose the flavor is floral and citrusy hops, with a bready/bicuity malt backbone. Moderately bitter, with a nice hop flavor. There is a mildly fruity/sweet aftertaste that is a a little over the top.
Overall it is a fairly solid pale ale; not great, but solid...

Red, kind of dark, clear amber with thin foamy head with okay retention. Grassy citrus and light pepper aroma. Pretty hoppy front with a clean finish and hoppy linger. Grassy flavor with hints of citrus, floral and a little pepper. Hops balance out with light sweetness. Somewhat crisp feel with a light bite and a robust malt smoothness.
Doesn't look like a pale ale. Doesn't taste like a pale ale (aside from a grassy taste). Quite enjoyable and easy drinking with good flavor and balanced. It seems to be more of an ale but it's still a good beer. The flavors are a bit persnickety so more bonus points for being well named.

Served in straight pint glass. Poured darker than most Pales, this beer was a medium copper color with an off-white head that had very good retention and lacing.
The aroma and taste were both average for this style, a nicely balanced blend of malt and hops. In some ways this beer may be closer to an ESB than some beers that are called an ESB, but seem to be "IPA Light".
The body was a little fuller than usually and drinkability was very good. A decent beer that's worth a shot if you see it.
