After visiting a number of different Yard House's in the past, is there anything else left to say about the Riverside chapter? Well, yes there is. The same huge dining area, blaring rock music, and big rectangular bar in the middle of it all are all Yard House trademarks. During late night on a Wednesday, there were plenty of seats in the house, at both the tables and the bar. Good, more space for me.

Another Yard House trademark being the 100+ taps sitting in the middle of the bar. Most Yard House's have subtle differences with their tap list, and the Riverside chapter is no different. 10 different strong Belgian (Lucifer, Tripel Karmeliet included), some Timmermans, Stone, Deschutes, Green Flash, Rubicon, Murphy's, Hangar 24. Little argument about the tap list, but sometimes the quality isn't there. After two different hoppy beers, I think the quality is there at this location.

It took some time to get service at the bar, but eventually it happened. That said, the blue crab cakes which I ordered came out quicker than I though. And they were good too.

Happy Hour is far and away the #1 reason I go to the Yard House for beer. Even though the beer deals aren't as great as they once were, $4.25 and $5 pints of Rubicon and Palate Wrecker are nothing to complain about. If you're not here for Happy Hour, expect a pricey tab.

While this the best draft beer selection in Riverside I think this is the smallest Yardhouse in the chain. The atmosphere is plain blah nothing, even a little depressing. Whenever I go to a Yardhouse I ask the same question, anything new from Stone,Laqunitas,Deschutes,Firestone Walker,Roque and the answer is the same "no"
But with the negatives the service was good and friendly and the food was the same high standard as the rest of the Yardhouses, so when in Riverside this is recommended.

I visited the Yard House while on vacation in CA where a lot of my family live. About 20 of us went for dinner and drinks on the recommendation of my cousin who had been a waiter there.

The inside is pretty big and wide open. They were very accommodating for a large party and gave us plenty of room in an otherwise crowded restaurant.

The food was pretty good. I got the tower of onion rings and a burger. Both classics, and done very well. The rest of the group got an assortment of things and everyone was pleased with their meals.

For the life of me I can't remember the name of the beer I had. Then why am I writing a review? Well the selection is really one to be praised! With about 100 beers on tap, there is something for everyone. The staff is very knowledgeable and can help you find something you would like. For someone like me who is used to maybe 15 - 20 taps, I was in awe! A real treat for anyone who likes craft beers and microbrews.

This is pretty much the only local place i have to go in riverside that sells beer other than typical irish pub offerings and BMC. It is located at the tyler mall not too far from my house.

I only really go there at happy hour which is at a pretty good time compared to most places offering $3.50 pints and half off appetizers from 10-12pm. It gets kind of pricy going at regular hours. The food is pretty good but the whole place feels like a typical chain place.

They have 140 beers on tap but most dont change and are the typical offerings of each company and no real seasonal stuff.

I will continue to go here untill somone opens a better beer bar just so i can get something other than Bud light. Someone please open a cool local hang out...

One of the newest in this ever growing chain (and growing quickly in Southern California), this welcome addition to the relatively weak (but improving) Inland Empire beer scene opened in late 2007. My wife and I (and friends) have visited several times since.

Very typical of the chain in atmosphere, food, selection, and quality of beer. Post modern industrial feel (not my choice) with good classic rock, choose the (smoke free) outdoor patio if you can.

As advertised, approximately 100 taps with a wide variety of common macro brews and craft beer, with a heavy distribution of west coast beers (e.g., Lost Coast, Stone), but a few English (Youngs, Fullers), German, and Belgian (e.g., Delerium Tremens) choices as well. Nothing that is particularly hard to find in bottles, nothing "out there" for a hardened beer veteran, but in reality, some good choices.

Food is very good, but pricy. Come to enjoy. Busy, pick your times or wait in line, as this is mostly a restaurant that has beer.

I have found that many of the employees actually know something about beer if you give them a chance- they like talking about it. The problem is they are so used to talking to the public who know nothing of beer, they are actually surprised when someone knows as much (or more) than they do.

Yardhouse has become an easy target for the beer lover, but it actually is pretty good. Recommended.
