Located deep in south Amherst, and right across from the Moan and Dove, R and P liquors offer some neat selections. Its not too big, and does in fact have tons of wine. The freezers though offer many 22 ounces and 6 packs of some pretty good micro-brews. BBC, Dogfish Head, Paper City, Allagash, Flying Dog, Geary's, Gritty's, Long Trail, Ipswich, Magic Hat, Offshore, etc etc etc, are offered along with the typicals like Sam Adams and Guinness.

Service has been friendly and knowledgeable. I recently purchased some Hoppin Frog brews and talked to the guy about the brews for a bit. Overall really friendly and talkative people. The place also does catering events, giving it a real professionalism wrapped in a down to earth atmosphere. Typical prices and, I guess, seasonal and occasional deals they offer as well. If your in the area, definitely check out this liquor store.
