12oz bottle stamped 11 (10?) 11 poured into a Shock Top weizen glass.
Appearance - Hazy pale yellow body, like a witbier. Small white head withi low retention and patchy stick.
Smell - Honey. Hay and grass. Maybe even coriander? Floral. Light and refreshing.
Taste - Light. Honey. Grassy hop. Floral. Reminiscent of spring. Noticeable but balanced alcohol.
Mouthfeel - Light bodied. Some effervescence. Clean finish other than some pollen like aftertaste.
Overall Drinkability - Light, refreshing, balanced. No major flaws.

Poured a cloudy yellow with a finger and a half fluffy white head that receded to a thin white head that left a fair amount of lacing down the glass. Pretty good looking beer. Scents of honey, floral hops and bubblegum. Nice American Pale Wheat scent. Flavors of doughy wheat, floral hop notes and a light honey-like sweetness. Light, pleasant, easy to drink, but with a nice flavor. Mouthfeel is light bodied with medium carbonation, par for the style. Easy to drink. A good American Pale Wheat ale. It has a nice light feel and is great for summer.

Brought home in a suitcase from Alburquerque. Poured into a snifter.
A: Hazy orange. Not much head (of course that may be from the jarring in the suitcase). Some bubbles and light lacing.
S: A pleasant wheat and cirtus blend with notes of honey.
T: Follows nose with an orange and coriander medley. Wheat, lemons, honey. Floral
M: Light with low carbonation (once again, the jarring may have affected this).
O: Not bad, very sessionable. Smooth, light and satisfying.

Big white head dies into a decent lacing above a slightly cloudy honey golden colored beer.
Lemony citrus, yeasts, and light grains divide the aroma quite nicely.
Citrus (lemony) and grassy style hops, grain malts, and some honey in the taste.
A slightly dry aftertaste with a bit of the lemony citrus tastes hanging around on this light bodied wheat beer.
Wow, I'm not a wheat beer drinker by definition but I think I could drink this stuff in quantity.

poured from the bottle into a weizen glass
A - Pours a slightly hazy blonde with ample carbonation rising to the one-finger white head. Head is gone relatively quickly, leaves behind only a few small spots of lacing.
S - A fair amount of wheat malt with dandelion and just a hint of honey. Reminds me of the alpine wildflower fields in Montana, very good.
T - Light wheat malt upfront. The body is an excellent balance of wheat malt and zesty lemony hop notes with hints of wildflower and honey to add complexity. Refreshing and slightly tangy lemon, honey, and wheat malt finish.
M - Light bodied and highly carbonated, this beer expands to fill the entire mouth with lemon-honey goodness. Could stand to be a tad thicker.
What I night and day difference this "floral" brew has with the one I sample a few days ago (St. Lupulin). Unlike that beer, everything fit together great to create a fresh and exciting brew. The wildflower and honey notes were not overwhelming and added complexity to the beer. I have yet to have a Marble selection that I haven't loved. Definitely deserves a permanent spot in my fridge in the summer to beat the 100 degree heat like we had today.

a very very refreshing wheat beer. pours a little cloudy straw color with a nearly 2 inch white head. smells like pale malts, delicate floral yeast, and honey. flavor is very well balanced with the wheat taking the primary role and some bittering hops and flowery honey notes backing it up. the mouthfeel is excellent, very bubbly and light on the body, but not too too light. this is an excellent refresher when served ice cold, and a beer i will certainly buy again. it has everything you need from a wheat beer. i continue to be impressed with marble brews.
