Appearance: Light in color, a bit like an English IPA. Copper/golden tones all around.
Smell: Wet hops. Can't say I like this very much.
Taste/Mouthfeel: Definitely goes down smoothly, but that's because it's way too thin for an IPA. Taste is a lot like smell...wet/stale hops. Still, it has nice bite.
Drinkability: Not my favorite.
Overall: Probably the first miss by Marble that I've tasted.

Poured a pretty golden, with a tiny bit of head. It looks like what I look for in an IPA. Scents of pine, malt and some citrus. Flavor begins with malt sweetness and moves into pine, slight floral and some grapefruit, finishes with more floral flavors and ends with an aftertaste of grapefruit pith. Quite good, very true to style and some of the better IPAs I've tasted. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with low carbonation, quite easy to drink and feels good on the palate. An excellent example of an American IPA out of New Mexico, worth trying to find.

Got my hands on an incredibly fresh six-pack through the dearly departed Beerjobber.com. 12-oz can poured into my IPA flute. Aroma is classic citrus/tropical west coast IPA; flavor hints of Cascade, Centennial, Citra and Columbus though likely not all four. An exceptionally drinkable, delicious IPA. Between Marble and La Cumbre, New Mexico is starting to turn into a big-time player in the national IPA scene -- a shame their beers are available in only a tiny fraction of the country.

12oz bottle, bottled 9 days ago
A - golden color, crispy clear, 2 inches of foam, reduces rather quickly, large amount if chunky lacing.
S - a little thin, but a brief kick of floral hops with some orange a md grapefruit citrus. Nice, but fleeting.
T - nice big punch of bitter oily citrus. Grapefruit is the lead, with some dense orange peel. Quick and clean bitter finish.
M - lighter side of medium mouthfeel. Nice oily hop element.
O - this IPA gets overshadowed by La Cumbre Elevated, which is brewed just a couple miles down the road. I'd actually neglected it for a long while. But it's extremely solid. I wish the nose were a little more prominent, but other than that, this is a really nice beer.

Light amberish and dark yellow color beer, 1"+ head, average lacing and retention. Nice color. Aroma was hoppy when fresh, rough malt prominence when aged.
Taste, solid craft ipa, better hop flavor than average. Good alcohol warmth. Moderate amount of caramel, equal parts grapefruit and pine. Average malt sweetness from it. Not super hefty. Bitterness is moderate. A pretty decent and straightforward ipa, there isn't much in the way of complexity, but its not a style that demands it. Its solid B grade, second tier stuff. I'd be a repeat purchaser if it was in my area for $7.99
The first time I had this was like a 6 month old bottle my brother sat on forever as part of our trade.

The march towards incredible beers in cans continues. This beer had the most fragrant hop aroma I have ever experience for a beer in a can. Clean, crisp citrus joy. The flavor was also outstanding. Light yet full of great piney citrus flavor. A very drinkable IPA.

This was sent by GHB, big thanks!! This poured out as a very nice clear yellow color with a decent white head on top. Nice thin retention and lacing. The smell has a very nice fresh hoppy pine aroma. There is a nice grapefruit flavor with a subtle malt sweetness as well. The mouthfeel is smooth, light bodied and drinkable. Overall the beer is very good, worth checking out!
