Have quite a selection. They claim to have every beer you can get in Missouri, but that's not really the case. They're missing a few beers, but not much. It's new, so obviously it's clean. The large aisles are spaced well, and the high ceilings give you an open feeling. Well lit up. Now they are up and running at full speed, with a well stocked humidor up front, and half an aisle dedicated to home brew equipment and ingredients (kits and seperate ingredients). They also offer keg service, I just finished a sixtel of Arcadia Ales IPA that I picked up from there. Also, several of the employees really know their beers well.
As far as their prices go, they're in line with other stores in the area, some of the stuff was a buck or two more, some of the stuff was a buck or two cheaper. I'd say they leaned a bit towards more of the stuff being a buck or two more, but with gas prices these days, driving 15 miles to save a buck just doesn't work anymore.
All in all, I'm ecstatic that a beer store of this caliber finally has opened up near me. I like it a LOT.
update: 1/08/09 - the more I visit this store, the more their stuff leans towards the 'pricey' side. I often wonder if they check out the prices of their local competitors, and then mark everything up 15-20 percent. Also, it is hit or miss on whether or not the employees know what they're talking about. A few knowledgeable employees to some who can't even locate the products I asked for on the shelves.
update 1/08/10 - they're going overboard on overpricing. recent examples, Lagunita's Cappuccino Stout - $3.99 everywhere else - Friar Tuck - $5.99. A FIFTY PERCENT markup over competitors. The worse - Sierra Nevada Celelbration 24oz bottles - everywhere else under $3. Friar Tuck - $8.99 - or basically the same price as a sixer everywhere else. I refrain from visiting these guys any more.

The Crestwood location recently opened but everything appeared to be running smoothly. The store is well lit and clean with everything well organized and easy to find. The beer is on the far left wall as you enter the store. On the back wall you'll find almost every beer they carry also in a large bank of coolers. Very nice.
Service was great. Quick to help and very friendly.
They claim to offer every beer available in Missouri. They're close. I found that they may have every brewer available in the state - but not every beer. I'll use Goose Island as an example. They offer the Summertime and a couple of others but didn't carry the IIPA, Bourbon County, Matilda, etc. Hopefully soon.
I almost forgot to mention they also offer glassware and homebrewing products.
Prices seem consistent with other are shops.

First impresssion is of a large, airy space, with wide aisles, a very large beer cooler running along the back wall, and another wall of beer along the far left side.
Opening day visit, so most shelves and coolers were well stocked. Selection of local (Schlafly and O'Fallon), midwest, and nationally distributed craft brewers, as well as imports from England, Germany, Belgium and Australia and elsewhere, which rivals any other store in the area (excepting Corral in Granite City, as certain beers available in Illinois don't get distibuted into Missouri).
Generally well displayed, with knowledgable staff.
Prices in line with other beer shops in the area.
A large wine and liquor selection, as well as glassware and other accessories.
