On tap from a pitcher at the 2012 Tulsa Oktoberfest.
Pours a slightly cloudy mustard color, with a thin off-white head. Aroma is very lightly of grain. Taste begins with a big ripe banana flavor, followed by some rich bread flavors, then some clove, and a bit of phenolics. Mouthfeel is rich. Super low carbonation. Overall an excellent Hefeweizen. Proper real Hefeweizen taste, not just another American pale wheat ale marked as one.

On-tap at Fassler Hall in Tulsa. Pours a cloudy gold apricot color with an inch of creamy head that faded rather quickly. Classic weizen flavors aren't overdone - over-ripened banana, hint of bubblegum, nutmeg, and vanilla. Nice full wheat body that still manages to be light in the mouth. Mild bitterness, light spicy hop flavor. A really solid hefeweizen, a couple 1/2 liter steins went down quickly.
