On tap into a pint glass at Pinocchio's in Media, PA.
A Pours a hazy gold, with a less than one finger fluffy white head, or more if she just didn't pour correctly. The head stays quite well and leaves thick lacing sticking to the sides like a baby koala to its mothers back.
S It smells so fresh and crisp, lightly grassy, but sweet and malty, somewhat like apples/pears.
T The taste is crisp, sharp on the tip of the tongue, malty and sweet on the middle and sides, grassy down the middle. There's bitterness at the finish and with some hidden funk that shines through at the end from the brett.
M It feels creamy, crisp all over, and bitter/funky in the finish. There's abundant carbonation all around.
D Refreshing as fuck, very hard to put down. I almost wish it lasted longer so I could have enjoyed it more.
I gotta get more of this. Saisons have been the style that have just been consistently surprising me.

Bottle from Total Wine in Tampa. From notes.
A - Poured cloudy dark orange. Yeast chunks floating around in the body. Fluffy 2 finger white head with great retention at a full finger and great chunks of lace.
S - Strong Brett. Some orange, hops, and wheat.
T - Bretty again with sweet spice and a little hop.
M - Good carbonation, medium body. Brett yeast and wheaty finish.
O/D - A neat saison. Good Brett element. Easy to drink and tasty. I expected a bit more, but enjoyed it nonetheless. Brett didn't dominate and was a nice compliment.

Appearance: It has a nice hazy golden/yellow color to it. It has a nice off-white head that dies down moderately and leaves some lacing.
Smell: The aromas definitely give out hints of Belgian yeast, lemon, citrus, peppery spices and some grassiness.
Taste: Like the aromas, it has some lemon, a nice grassiness, a slight earthiness, light citrus, peppery spices, and Belgian yeast.
Mouthfeel: It has a medium carbonation with a very nice overall balance and feel.
Drinkability: It's a very smooth drinkable beer accompanied with great flavors and aromas.
